The house has a terraced garden with olive trees, bay trees and wild flowers. There are three double bedrooms, two of which are at the front with wonderful lake views. The large open plan living area has a central cosy log fire, comfy sofa and chairs and double French windows opening onto a balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the lake.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washing machine & dryer in the basement. The bathroom consists of shower, lavatory, bidet and basin and there is a further lavatory, bidet and basin outside the upper bedrooms. The house is well equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen equipment etc. and there is a fine music system. There is no television.
